If you do not agree with them, you should not use the website.

3. Ordering Process

To place an order, the customer must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information.

After placing an order, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation email. Final acceptance of the order is subject to data verification and stock availability.

DKT REPRESENTAÇÕES, LDA. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, namely in the following cases:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect or incomplete information
• Suspicion of fraud or misuse
• Payment not confirmed within 3 days

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to stock availability.

In case of stock shortage, the customer will be informed and may choose to:

• Receive a full refund
• Replace with another product

5. Prices and Payments

All prices shown include VAT at the applicable legal rate.

DKT REPRESENTAÇÕES, LDA. reserves the right to correct pricing or information errors and may cancel orders affected by such errors.

Available payment methods will be displayed at the time of purchase.

6. Deliveries

Orders are shipped to countries within the European Union.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and logistics providers’ availability and will be presented to the customer at the time of purchase.

DKT REPRESENTAÇÕES, LDA. is not responsible for delays attributable to carriers.

At the time of delivery, the customer must check the condition of the order. If there is visible damage, the customer should refuse delivery and report the situation to support@dkt.pt ,attaching photographic evidence.

The free shipping promotion applies only to orders over €50 within the European Union, excluding islands.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable European Union legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without needing to provide any reason.

The period starts from the date the order is received.

To exercise this right, the customer must communicate their decision in writing to support@dkt.pt

8. Returns

Returned products must be:

• In perfect condition
• Unused
• With original tags

The customer is responsible for returning the product and covering the associated shipping costs, and is also liable for any damage incurred during transport if the item is not properly packaged.

DKT REPRESENTAÇÕES, LDA. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

9. Warranty

All products benefit from a 3-year legal warranty, in accordance with the applicable legislation in force in the European Union.

In case of a manufacturing defect, the customer should contact customer support via the indicated email.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, design, and branding, is the property of Marshmallow and DKT REPRESENTAÇÕES, LDA., and is protected by applicable legislation.

Its use, reproduction, or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited.

11. Data Protection

Customers’ personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. Liability
